Which Trek character would you invite to dinner?

Which character would you most like to sit down and have dinner and a conversation with?

I'm going to go with Archer, he made his mistakes throughout his run, but he didn't have anyone as a role model. He was the Earth representative for a bunch of first contacts and he did manage to save the planet after wll. Also chef always served some decent looking food...

I would ask Jadzia Dax. 7 lifetimes of stories to tell.
