Hi all! I have an interview coming up in a week for what I would consider a "dream" job - and I'm actually a little surprised that I even got an interview as I thought it was a little out of my reach. It is for a director-level position, and although it's a first interview it is with a panel of 5 people and is 60 minutes long.

I've been talking through behavioral questions each night, preparing answers, reading - for probably 1 hour each evening over the course of the past week.

I'd love to hear stories of people getting jobs they have really wanted, how they prepared for interviews, as well as thoughts about how seriously they may be considering me given they scheduled this interview right away vs. going through a recruiter/hiring manager first.
