A viral video from the New York Knicks’ championship parade appears to show a man attempting to kiss a woman who helped resuscitate him after an apparent overdose m.

The viral clip was taken during the parade on Thursday (June 18), with concerned onlookers climbing up a structure to help a man who seemingly passed out. Videos show at least five men climbed the structure to help the man, although it’s unclear what exactly happened to him. A woman also performed chest compressions on the unidentified individual. When he regained consciousness, he appeared to try to kiss the woman, but she rejected each advance and continued to administer care.

Speculation about what led to the incident has been shared on social media, with some believing the man was suffering from an overdose, while others theorized he could have passed out from dehydration as temperatures in NYC topped out around the mid-80s. In subsequently released clips, it appears Narcan was administered.
