Brandi Glanville is taking a major step in her ongoing health battle by going under the knife.

During an episode of her " Brandi Glanville Unfiltered " podcast, shared on Thursday, Oct. 22, the 53-year-old reality star went into detail about the "exploratory surgery" she is scheduled to have on Friday.
