I have an existing Instagram Business account that isn’t connected to any Facebook Page or Meta Business Portfolio.

The company also has an existing Meta Business Portfolio linked to Facebook, but we’re having access issues with it.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to start fresh and create a separate Meta Business Portfolio using only our Instagram account, without involving Facebook or anyone’s personal Facebook profile.

I’d like to use Meta Business Suite, schedule posts, view insights, create an ad account and manage Instagram campaigns through Ads Manager.

Is this fully possible without a Facebook Page or personal Facebook account? And does having another existing business portfolio linked to Facebook prevent me from creating a separate one?

Has anyone done this?
