Cheap Trick legend Rick Nielsen’s custom five-neck stage-played 2004 Hamer guitar has sold for a staggering $313,600 via auction. The sale came as part of Nielsen’s massive 300-plus-item collection sold via Julien’s Auctions .

Of note among the items sold was a black rubberized overcoat peed on by Nikki Sixx of Mötley Crüe. That sold for $5,760, roughly 10 times its estimated value.

Sixx perviously confirmed the tale regarding the overcoat, saying in his autobiography The Dirt , “I kneeled on the stool, pulled down my leather pants, and did what I’d been promising to do all night: peed on Rick’s jacket. He didn’t even realize anything was happening until it started dribbling down his pants and onto the floor. I thought it was pretty funny at the time, but when I went up to my room afterward, I felt terrible: I had just pissed on my hero.”
