Hi, so I need a bit of advice. Yesterday, I had a good conversation with the hiring manager for this role I’ve been interviewing for. i sent the hiring manager a LinkedIn request just now and wanted to include a thank you message. Not sure if I touched the wrong button or what but i ended up closing the message window and sent a blank connection request. No issues, I thought I’d just message him instead to include a thank you note but apparently that feature is locked and is only for premium members. tf!!

Did I just ruin my chances? Do I withdraw the request? The interview went really well and lasted for close to an hour, despite being scheduled for only 30 minutes.
