Out of the box, I found the shoe to be true to size, but the tapered toe box does make it feel shorter than others. The result is a secure and comfortably snug fit. The full-length Lightstrike Pro midsole (sans any carbon plate material like rods) and nylon shank provide a smooth, cushy ride, whether you're racing or doing training runs. The responsive midsole foam strikes a nice balance between soft and bouncy. The sleek-looking and minimalist design is another element that drew me to this shoe. They just look cool .
