I need help . I have recently joined a company and they offered me around 20 , now I got an offer from Deloitte they said they will offer 18.7 fixed .

I am changing my current company in a span of 5 months , due to project issue .

How to negotiate on that and what is the good amount of CTC i can negotiate on that .

Suggest me some good way of negotiating it

Last time when I gave an interview with Deloitte back in Feb 2026 , they told me somewhere near to 20 , now in July for almost similar role they are saying 19 max

What should I do
