Related: Macklemore celebrated in mural painted by Palestinian artists

US rapper Macklemore is concluding his sold-out three-date Free Palestine tour at London's OVO Arena Wembley on Friday evening.

The Seattle-based artist organised the mini-tour across Dublin, Paris, and London after being dropped from Ed Sheeran 's tour in September.

Macklemore was removed as Sheeran's support act following comments he made on stage calling for a Free Palestine during performances in New Jersey.

All proceeds from the tour are being donated to 12 charities and organisations supporting the Palestinian movement, including Medical Aid for Palestinians.

Aid organisations have expressed deep gratitude to the artist for using his platform to raise funds and maintain awareness for the Palestinian people.
