What i learned after using ghouls for almost 12 in-game years

To start i used 0 gameplay mods. Everything was vanilla except a damage indicator mod which did not change any in-game calcs The biggest thing for min-maxing ghouls imo is the genes. The best base-game genelines i find is this S+ custom-make your super ghoul and watch it rip
