Art the Clown's favorite holiday may be Christmas, but he's also right at home in spooky season.

Ruthless Studios has filed a federal lawsuit alleging it owns key rights to the franchise.

'Terrifier' filmmaker Damien Leone will write and direct his next film 'Tortures of the Damned' for Lionsgate along with producer Sam Raimi.

Sam Raimi will co-produce 'Tortures of the Damned,' which is said to have a bigger budget than Leone's Art the Clown franchise.
