Is it better to travel with a hard shell or soft shell/collapsible case? Looking to travel for the first time this week and wanting to know what’s better. Any travel tips would be much appreciated also. TIA submitted by /u/Sam_I_Am96 [link] [comments]

Finally made it out to Osprey Valley and it was absolutely worth it! Couldn’t make it on the Hoot or the Heathlands courses but I still had a great time on the North and it was very cool getting to play where the Canadian Open was hosted last year and…

I have a small garage and I would like to work on my game this winter. Without buying a launch monitor, what can I do to practice effectively? I have a small mat and foam balls but not really getting a lot of feedback on good vs bad swings.…

My dad is retiring soon and looking to golf more, and I figured I’d do some homework for him. We’ve played Mt Odin and Grandview already, can’t remember what else we’ve done but I know those two for sure.…

TLDR: Found a driver I can hit with proper launch angle and spin rate and added 30+ yards. It had nothing to do with hitting up on the ball or other swing changes. I shared this with a friend who struggles with distance so I figured I’d post here as well.…

I (m54) have been a golfer for most of my life (on and off). I got pretty good in my mid to late 20's and then had a family. Around this time I started golfing regularly with my dad, just a couple of times a month.…

Are there any golf pros in the DFW area who would be interested in playing a round with me (50) and my 20-year-old son? I used to play regularly, but I stepped away about 10 years ago when he got into travel baseball and haven’t played a round since.…

Then she had the audacity to grin ear to ear as I stared blankly at her. Is this grounds for a divorce or counseling? submitted by /u/GenericNameSimulated [link] [comments]
