hey folks i am wondering how long to cook stuffed capsicums / peppers in the instant pot on Pressure cook if the rice is UNCOOKED. all recipes i’ve found so far have used cooked rice. this is cooked in a tomato-based broth thanks in advance

Looking forward to getting pan posted earlier back to proper state as need it for my fave thing to make in it which is stuffed hash brown. Thanks again for the advice!
