I used to own a DX7II and always wanted to find a copy of this book, but the rare instances it would pop up, people were asking ridiculous prices. However it looks like someone must have recently visited the Chicago Public Library and made this horrible scan with their phone. Anyway, looks like it's on Archive.org now.
