At what point does it make sense to pull money out of a brokerage acct to pay off a mortgage?

I have a new house with 350k on the mortgage @ 6.5%. Sold my old house for about 250k so I'm probably going to just put that towards the new mortgage. Which leaves 100k left. I could easily pull that out of my individual brokerage and just live without a mortgage. But wondering if that's the optimal thing to do considering taxes/etc. I already max out a 401k and IRA and make less than 90k a year. I am going to do some math regarding taxes/etc but just curious what you would do in that situation? I think I might value not having a mortgage more than the average person considering I want to RE.
