I still remember the video that first sold me on the Super Gemini. There wasn’t a bajillion layers swooping in and out, no complex sequence running while they tweaked the knobs to infinity and beyond, and definitely no deep dives into why the guts under the hood are the latest and greatest thing to ever happen to synthesized sound. It was someone playing a simple part kinda like this, not drenched in effects, but just putting that crystal clear sound right up center. It felt like watching a music box work its magic.
