I am a 16 year old canadian student receiving 10k in inheritance, shredding 3k off the top to sit on for a matress and fun, and i would love advice for growing, saving, or just any sort of advice or opinions from someone whose been in a similair situation.

I was thinking throwing it into my RBC high interest (bull fucking shit) savings account, and getting a part time job and topping it off with my entire or half paycheque.
