If you have a checking account with chase and you link an external account (say Bank of America checking account) to chase and make numerous ach transfers to bank of america over past few months.....THEN chase for whatever internal reason decides to close your chase checking account, would this get my bank of america account closed as well?

I ask because they were linked and I guess bank of america might notice idk?

Any experience with such a closure and any ripple effects?
