Data availability

All datasets used are available online ( https://dandiarchive.org/dandiset/001695/0.260319.2023 ) in the Neurodata Without Borders (NWB) format. A Jupyter notebook is provided to show how to handle the data. The Allen Institute Visual Coding Dataset can be accessed online ( https://allensdk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/visual_coding_neuropixels.html ). Source data are provided with this paper.

Code availability

All original code developed for this project is available online ( https://pypi.org/project/partial-CCA/0.1.0/ and https://github.com/joaqgonzar/pCCA-Hippocampus ). Two Jupyter notebooks are provided demonstrating pCCA use with simulated and real data.
