I'm a 1st year college in cs and ive been struggling with my grades at the risk of failing no matter how i study. i studied all night long and failed my exam. 2 days after, I fainted after my class. I had barely slept the night before because I studied. Then I decided to open up to my grandma and told her all my troubles and she told me to take my time... unknowingly, she told on my parents and today they questioned me and why I never told them. I didnt answer but it's because I know I'd end up not getting a bit of understanding from them. While my mother spoke to me, I broke down, she repeatedly asked me my reason for failing and I just broke down and said I cant do it anymore.

Then she told me I have no right to cry because they pay for everything, and I'm wasting their money that was supposed to be for their retirement.…
