They shipped two trees. One died within 30 days. The other survived and joined the 15 other trees in my yard. When I went to file a claim, their first response you did something wrong. After providing proof that their product was defective they offer to send a replacement (a summer tree they want to sent in late October/ November) I told them this was unacceptable. After spending $200 on two trees and being told it was my fault, they offered to replace the trees but wanted to charge shipping. I said no I want a refund!. They claim they do not send refunds, and since I wouldn't accept their dying trees they have since become non-responsive!! This company is a good example of how to openly steal from consumers and provide less then THIRD WORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
