how do i help my mom?

my mom has ocd and depression and anxiety disorder (and a few others i jus forget) and most of the time medicine won’t work for her. a few months ago she got off her meds and she was just mean to everybody but it was just so she could try alternative therapy for her mental health so even tho it was difficult it was bearable in the hopes she would feel better. the alternative therapy did not help at all and now she’s back on her meds but now she’s just not herself. i think she’s disappointed because she went through all that jus for it not to work. she seems super depressed rn and she jus lays in bed all day (she’s inbetween jobs for the next few weeks) i don’t know much about her disorders. i too suffer from depression but not the level she does and so idk how to help her. i jus want my mom to get better i worry about her sm. my mom used to go to mental hospitals when i was younger over su!c!da!…
