Almost didn't want to post this but this situation has happened 3 times this season...

Just had an interaction with a customer: a 4some where two paid for 18 and two paid for 9 holes. One of the 9 hole golfers came in and said "We'd like to keep going, but we're just going to play a couple of holes"

So I subtracted the difference between 18 vs 9 and they said "well no we're just playing a couple holes tho?" I explained to them that there is no such things as a prorated "only a couple of holes" rate. We have 18 or we have 9 and if you go past 9 then you can try your best to get the rest of the holes in.

They gave me the most dumbfounded look. Anyone else have this situation in the shop? Crazy that people think this is a thing
