The objective is to turn OBI Robotics from an architecture and CAD concept into a testable physical prototype, while developing the Ontological Bayesian Intelligence (OBI) as a separate, measurable reasoning system that can eventually operate with the robot.

The engineering principle: design the physical system first, model what it can sense and do, then build intelligence around the actual constraints of that system.
