I have a promising cafe/restaurant managment system that I don't know how to sell

I spent months building Hosteria, a management system for hotels, cafes and restaurants. It started with a hotel in Dahab, Egypt, but the deal fell through right when the product was ready.

Now I have a working product that I believe has potential, but no paying customers and no clear idea how to get them.

I have a limited budget, so I can't afford to waste months trying random marketing strategies.

If you've sold B2B SaaS or hospitality software, how would you approach getting the first 10 customers? Would you go door to door, cold email, run ads, or do something completely different?

I'd appreciate real experiences and honest advice, especially from people who've been in a similar position.
