I was making over six figured at a big company out of college. I have 3 yoe and left due to company layoffs. I’m desperate for money to pay bills since unemployment is running out but i found another opportunity in Bay Area that pays 85k for a small non tech shop. From speaking to folks that previously worked there it sounds like management is toxic where it’s expected to work OT that is unpaid and 4 days a week commute. I’m not sure whether to take this offer cuze it sounds like hell. Would you take a low offer or nah?
