Hey all,

I'm a principal level dev (10 YOE) at Microsoft and was recently offered the buyout. My area of expertise is in building internal supply chain tools within Microsoft for our datacenters etc.

I still get 2-3 messages a day from recruiters in my Linkedin with offers at the senior/staff level, but I haven't interviewed in 10 years.

How brutal is the job market right now? I was offered 39 weeks pay which is pretty enticing but my job is super easy and low stress as is right now. Genuinely don't think I'll accept the offer, but I'm curious how difficult it is to find a similar paying role right now.

Open to moving to NYC/SF etc

Thanks!
