when I hear the bass in those songs (taswell, floating tree) it always feels just so good to hear, it feels like an hug that "stops time".

I am trying to recreate it and having difficulties, mine doesnt feel soft at all, and it just has a dark vibe, and its hard on the ear, when the C418 bass has ressonance it feels good but mine feels unconfortable it doesnt feel right, theres gotta be some secret for his bass tone. i am sure i am overcomplicating it tho.
