Well, they came back yesterday and re did the tpo section. But now there's a junky looking patch and the bubbles are still there. Slightly less so than the first go round. But still more than I think should be there. Or am I being overly critical? I mean this is right outside my bedroom window/door. Looks frigging awful. Pics from last night before I went to work(3rd) and some more when I got home just now.
