Oracle is expanding the role of artificial intelligence in business operations with five new AI-powered applications designed to help sales and customer service teams make decisions and execute approved actions. Announced October 26 at Oracle AI World in Las Vegas, the applications aim to automate complex tasks ranging from sales territory planning to field service scheduling and customer account research.

The new tools use Oracle Fusion Claw, an AI execution technology built into Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications . Unlike traditional AI assistants that primarily generate recommendations, these applications can analyze business data, evaluate alternatives, adjust plans as conditions change, and execute authorized tasks within established company policies.
