8 pounds, 13 ounces! Im so proud of this one! Its bigger than my husband's head!

Edit: this is an Ekimo cabbage, a similar variety to napa. Its the only one to survive the in bed planting I planted mid summer during our heat wave here in Colorado. Bugs ate all the others before I started spraying it with (vegetable safe) neem oil. I have a bunch more that I started in a greenhouse, and they are now planted and doing very well.

Edit 2: I made pork and cabbage with half of it, and am making kimchi with the 2nd half. Pork and cabbage pics posted below.
