American Airlines and Citi are raising the annual fee on the Citi / AAdvantage Business card from $99 to $150, adding travel insurance, an inflight credit and more mileage earning. And it's making its most valuable feature, which has been officially targeted, official: letting the same purchases earn credit towards elite status for two people.
