Meta's Muse AI agent sees strong debut, faces trust issues

Meta's personal AI agent Muse has garnered more than 10 million users in the US and Canada since its launch, with more than 25% using it for shopping. Despite this, Gartner Vice President and Analyst Eric Schmitt notes that consumer trust remains a significant barrier to broader adoption of AI agents.
