Need Support

I am 19 and seriously i do not know what is happening within me , I am always anxious , my heart is always in a chaos , I got in to my dream uni

but I cannot focus on studies ,I just get zoned out , my mind cannot stick on one thought ,I am in university hostel , I came to a different city just for studies but my anxiety does not let me do anything in a good manner , I do everything so messy. It is not because of homesickness as I did my O levels from a boarding institute approx for 5 yrs i lived in boarding.…
